Why TVA Is Completing Watts Bar 2

Mike Skaggs, the Tennessee Valley Authority's senior vice president for Watts Bar Operations  and Construction, explains how and why Watts Bar Unit 2 will be completed. Watts Bar-2 is scheduled to come online at the end of 2015, and will make nuclear energy a full 40 percent of TVA's electrical generation.
